This product is made at a small family farm of olive oil makers in the fourth generation. Both the groves and the mill are under one ownership, ensuring quality control from start to finish. A clean harvesting method using batteries results in no fruit contamination, with no water used in the production process. Traditional harvesting is done only by mechanical means. There is ecological sensibility in every stage of production, with the olive mill operating on thermal energy from its residues, and residues from the field being turned into fertilizer for olive trees. The packaging is made of FSC-certified paper and is KETO, PALEO, MEDITERRANEAN & KOSHER diet FRIENDLY.

This light green oil is recommended for use in cold dishes, soups, and as an appetizer with different types of bread. It is very lightly filtered and comes in an attractive cardboard tube box. This product has won 'THE BEST GREEK OLIVE OIL' AWARD in the ATHENA 2021 ATHIOOC COMPETETION, beating over 390 Greek entries.

It has one of the highest polyphenol contents on the market (823 MG/KG) proved by a lab report for each harvest. It is great as a drinking oil to take by the spoon, with 56X more hydroxytyrosol polyphenols (294 MG/KG) and 1.6X more oleocanthal (214 MG/kg) than the average olive oil.

Each bottle comes with a QR code that connects the bottle in a consumer’s hand with the field, including the harvest date, lab reports, certificates, awards, and food pairing suggestions as well as recipes – all with a simple scan.

This product is made of a very rare and old olive variety, OLYMPIA 'TSABIDOLIA,” cultivated exclusively in the hills of Ancient Olympia, and is rich in polyphenols & aroma. It is 100% traceable single origin from a small family farm owning and running both the grove (6,000 trees) and the mill in THE ANCIENT OLYMPIA REGION OF GREECE.
