Our integrated production process focuses on protecting the environment and people, planting the right cultivar, and utilizing mechanized processes and first cold pressing.

Our olive groves cover 200 hectares in the ElBorouj region, and are situated at an altitude of 340 meters above sea level. The soil properties are ideal for olive tree growth, and our olive oil production process involves sustainable procedures only. Our organic extra virgin olive oil production yields between 11.0% to 14% and is available in glass bottles of 0.25 – 0.5 liters.
