Suitcase Wheels Repair Sets

Included in our kit are 4PC rubber replacement rollers designed for optimal performance. Each roller has built-in ball bearings with an inner diameter of 0.24 inches (6mm) and a total width of 0.8 inches (21mm). The axles come in three sizes to fit different wheel configurations: 1.18 inches (30mm), 1.38 inches (35mm), and 2.36 inches (60mm). A customized hacksaw short blade is also provided to easily remove worn-out wheels.

Support for Single and Dual Wheels

To ensure compatibility, please first check the height and width of the single wheel mounting slots. They should be greater than 0.83 inches (21mm). For dual or spinner wheels, confirm the axle holder is between 0.4-0.7 inches (10-18mm) thick. Follow the size chart in your product guide to choose the right wheels.

Elastic Mute Bearings Wheels

These wheels are made of polyurethane rubber, integrated with a perfusion design and built-in metal dual ball bearings. They offer smooth grip and effortless rolling, providing strong load-bearing capability and rotating flexibility. Despite their robust design, they are silent and wear-resistant, making them suitable for inline roller skaters as well.

Easy for Replacement

To replace the old wheel, first wear the included glove to protect your hands. Remove the roller axle rivet or bolt using a drill or hacksaw to cut it off. Then, use the spare washer and Allen wrench to lock the new wheel in place. This process is quick and straightforward, ensuring your luggage bag returns to perfect working condition.
